  1. A big thanks to Mike for bringing El Grande along, I had been keen to introduce it to Lee and Rachel, definitely one of my all time favourite games
I started well in this game taking a healthy lead after the first scoring round but then it happened!!!!! You know who you are haha!!!!!!!! Still a great game and always happy to play
I then stunk at Carcassonne but thats normal for me, despite that it was a great night all round, already looking forward to next week - I hear the beige game has been tipped to return to the table!!!

    1. Yes, El Grande is brilliant so thanks to Mike for bringing it along. Stan, you did get picked on a bit, but that's the peril of taking an early lead! I'm still grateful for that lone caballero with his feet up sipping sangria in Barcelona - he racked up a lot of points.
Carcassonne was a bit random with five of us but good fun anyway. I'm definitely up for another game of Medieval Merchant if it falls on a week I'm there.
