Session Report - 9 February 2011

We were down to 6 this week with a split of 4 & 2, allowing Steve H and Andy E to partake of a couple of rounds of Command & Colours – Ancients, while the rest of us played London, followed by Ra – The Dice game.

With everyone having played at least once, we have now got London down to 90 minutes with a brief run through of the rules for Mike, whose previous play was at Midcon in November. This was Dave’s second outing having done badly in the first run out, that situation was reversed this time. Donald’s situation was reversed, having won that game. I came second, which seems to be a common position for me of late.

Over on the other table Steve and Andy indulged in some wargaming, in the form of Commands & Colors: Ancients, both games were between the Romans and the Gauls, with the players swapping between games. I gather that Steve was a deserving winner.
